Our Vista, California based law firm was founded in 1996. We focus on advocacy in civil litigation, including contested, defamation (libel and slander), and Internet defamation and other business and personal matters in state and federal courts.
We serve clients in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Much of our practice is dedicated to representing people in matters of defamation law, including libel and slander. The firm strives to obtain the best possible results for clients involved in these disputes. We offer practical and objective legal advice from an attorney, focusing on solving problems while considering all relevant concerns.
Our Story
Our founding attorney, Bruce Jaques Jr., uses more than 30 years of experience as a lawyer to achieve the best possible results for clients. After graduating from Stanford, he worked in Washington, D.C., supporting a senior senator who was part of the historic Watergate Committee. His experience in Washington drove him to become an attorney. After graduating from Duke University School of Law, he worked for respected law firms in Los Angeles and San Diego, ultimately handling civil litigation and business law matters.
